Each seat can accommodate a child from birth and up to 33 lbs, so you can have two newborns in the stroller. Of course I would recommend using an infant car seats till your babies are at least 3 months old.
The Torro Duo is full of great features like separately adjustable reclines that go to almost flat position. The foot rests can also be adjusted independently. Good size canopies will protect your children from the sun. It rolls on six 6″ double wheels that are made out of plastic. The three front wheels are swivel wheels but can be locked straight for rougher terrain. This buggy also sports a suspension system and ergonomically designed handles for optimal comfort on every ride.
It comes with two cup holders on each side of the frame and two boot covers for additional protection. The locking brakes, the padded 5-point harness and the removable front bar provide for safety. The only thing I was not crazy about are two small hard to access baskets. This baby weighs 30 lbs.
