Inglesina Trilogy Stroller Review

inglesina_trilogy11Inglesina Trilogy is a luxury stroller with a reversible seat and easy one-hand umbrella like fold. It is designed for busy parents who live in an urban environment. Take it shopping, public transit or for a quick stroll around town while looking stylish and chic. The sealed bearing wheels are not all-terrain, but will handle some mommy terrain if you lock the front wheels.

You will really like the roomy reversible seat with adjustable leg rest and one-hand lever recline. The deep recline can accommodate a child from birth and up to 55 lbs. The canopy is absolutely huge! It goes down all the way to the leg rest and has the follow-the-sun option. The large basket can fit a lot of groceries. It’s a little hard to access. It also features flip-flop friendly brake, 5 point harness, and comes with a single or double handle bars.

The one-hand fold is pretty compact for a reversible seat stroller. It has also a standing fold and an automatic lock. You can convert Trilogy to a travel system by replacing the seat with a car seat, or a beautiful pram by replacing it with a bassinet. This model weighs only 21 lbs which is lightweight for a stroller with a reversible seat.

Inglesina Avio Stroller Review

inglesina_avio1Inglesina Avio is a luxury stroller with a very compact fold. It’s designed for busy parents who live in the urban environment and need to run errands on a daily basis. The narrow frame and small footprint makes it perfect for navigating narrow store aisles, public transit, and travel.

The 6″ wheels with ball bearing system make it an easy push while all-wheel suspension provides your child with a smooth ride. The maneuverability is great as long as you stay on the flat surface. You can take it to the park for a short 20 min walk, but you will get tired pushing it for longer than that because the surface of the trails is usually not that smooth. Other features that I like are large canopy, roomy seat, one-hand recline, adjustable foot rest and large basket.

Avio model is somewhere in between a full size and an umbrella stroller. It’s has a very compact fold, but is a little too heavy for an umbrella stroller at 21 lbs. At the same time, the 6″ wheels are too small for a full size stroller. You can use the seat from 3 months and up to 55 lbs. If you want to use it from birth, you can convert it into a travel system by using an infant car seat adapter or transform it into a pram by replacing  the seat with a bassinet/carrycot. Not many strollers have a bassinet option, so I really like that.
