Mountain Buggy Terrain Jogger Review

Mountain Buggy Terrain is an all-terrain jogger designed for active parents who like to take their stroller off road. Take it to the beach, park or trail jogging, it can handle anything. The 16″ air filled tires and shock absorbing suspension allows this buggy to glide with ease absorbing all the bumps. This is a heavy duty stroller that can handle even toughest terrain like sand and snow.

One of the coolest things about Terrain is that it comes with a second set of smaller 12″ rear wheels that you can switch to for everyday use. This makes it a perfect MAIN stroller that you can use for fitness and running errands.

Other great features include large canopy with ‘follow-the-sun’ option that offers full protection, adjustable handle bar with run-away strap and a hand-brake, deep almost flat recline suitable for a newborn, plenty of storage including two bottle holders, large basket, two seat pockets and two canopy pockets. The one-hand fold has automatic lock and standing fold making it super easy and quick.

Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan Geo 2016 Luxury Edition

cosmopolitan-geo-stroller27The Mountain Buggy have just introduced their new Cosmopolitan Geo Luxury Edition at the ABC Kids Expo 2015. This luxury collection adds refined styling and enhances functionality of a Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan classic model.

In 2015, Mountain Buggy did the same to their popular Urban Jungle model by releasing a luxury collection that featured new stylish fabrics, accessories, and improved features.

To be honest, although I really like the Cosmopolitan stroller, I was never a big fan of its look. The fabrics, the frame lines and the detailing were just not that impressive. It looked very average and didn’t have a definitive luxurious style that their talked about on their site. You can say the word ‘luxury’ as many times as you want, it doesn’t mean it will look any better.

Super Compact Travel Strollers Side-By-Side Comparison

travel-strollers1Traveling with children is not a very enjoyable experience to say the least. After our recent trip to the ocean with our three-year-old daughter, my husband said he is not going anywhere till she is 5! LOL. Right….

We thought that by three she will have a little more patience and be able to entertain herself a little better. Nope! Didn’t like the ocean, couldn’t seat in the car for 3 hours, didn’t want to eat any of the stuff we brought, played in the sand for only 5 minutes and started to whine asking to go home.

Oh… Vacation with kids … And this was only a 3 hour drive to the ocean! Can you imagine flying with a three-year-old?

Mountain Buggy Nano Stroller Review

mountain-buggy-nano1The Mountain Buggy Nano is the best travel stroller ever made! I’ve tested a lot of different stroller and I can tell you for sure that Nano beats them all when it comes to traveling. It’s super light, super compact, and you can even turn it into a travel system!

I know, it’s hard to believe that this 13 lbs stroller can handle a car seat. But that’s not all. It’s so compact it can even fit into an overhead luggage compartment on a plane. How great is that?

If you’ve been reading my reviews, you probably know that I have a bad back, so for me the ability to place my child from the plane straight into a stroller is a life saver, or I would even say a back saver. LOL. Once you unfold this tiny little package, it turns into a regular size stroller.

This is a great buggy for going to the mall, grocery store, doctor’s office, theme parks and using public transit. While it’s perfect for traveling and running errands around town, I would’t really recommend it for long walks at the park, because of the small wheels.

Mountain Buggy Urban Jungle Stroller Review

buggy_urban_jungle1Mountain Buggy Urban Jungle is an all-terrain full size stroller that is designed for active parents who like to spend time outdoors. Take it to the park trails, beach, or uneven sidewalk, it can tackle any rough terrain. You can even do some light jogging with it. The air-filled tires and rear-wheel suspension provide a very comfortable and smooth ride for a child. For shorter and taller parents there is an adjustable handle bar with a run away strap. This sleek and stylish buggy has plenty of storage for your diaper bag and smaller items like keys and phone. A roomy seat can hold a child from birth and up to 55 lbs. The stroller weighs 24 lbs which is an average weigh for an all-terrain stroller.

Although you can put a newborn right into the seat, there is also an option of turning it into a travel system by using a car seat or a pram by replacing the seat with a carrycot/bassinet. Want to face your child? Well, you can zip off the seat and replace it with a smaller seat called ‘face-to-face’ parent facing seat (available for purchase). This face-to-face seat can hold a child up to 20 lbs.

Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan Stroller Review

buggy_cosmopolitan13Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan is a luxury slick modern stroller that is designed for parents who live in a city. Its main feature is a reversible seat that allows your child to look at you or the world. It also converts into a FLAT BED for a newborn, so you don’t even need to buy a bassinet. It is a very compact stroller with an easy fold. The all-wheel suspension and Aerotech tires, create an amazing  maneuverability and provide a smooth ride.

Although it’s not an all-terrain stroller, it can easily tackle playground mulch, grass in the park, or gravel. This stroller is full of great features like a large canopy, adjustable foot rest, and a huge basket that can handle 22 lbs of stuff!

The Cosmopolitan weighs 26 lbs which is quite average for a full size luxury stroller with a reversible seat. It can be used from birth and up to 44 lbs. Since the seat is removable, you can use it as a frame by taking the seat out and replacing it with a car seat.

It gets a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars from me because it is almost perfect. The only thing that needs improvement is its non-adjustable handle bar. I also wish it was not as bulky and weighed a little less.

The Cosmopolitan retails for around $549 on Amazon (free shipping/free returns and no sales tax). It doesn’t come with any accessories except for the bumper bar. I wish the cup holder was included. There is also no pram option, but I guess you don’t really need it since the seat converts into a flat bed.
